Works included site preparation, installation of the prefabricated building structure, and full compliance with approved architectural drawings, BCA, and Transport for NSW specifications. We delivered:
- Safe access infrastructure: anti‑slip ramps, steel steps, handrails, and high‑visibility safety edging
- Complete internal fit‑out: meals/rest area, male and female toilet facilities, custom joinery, flooring, and wall finishes
- MEP services: air‑conditioning, ventilation, Rheem hot water system, Billi instant boiling water unit, and full electrical and plumbing installation
- External works: weather‑protection canopies, security fencing, access gates, safety bollards, drainage, and site protection
- Full compliance with NSW Work Health & Safety regulations, Australian Standards, and asset protection requirements
