We recently completed a fit-out of the West Tigers change room under a very tight schedule, successfully delivering the project on time. Working collaboratively with other contractors, the process was coordinated and overseen by Valubuild, who managed the overall programming and delivery. Despite the challenges posed by the compressed timeline, strong teamwork, planning, and execution ensured we met all deadlines and achieved a high-quality result.
